Integration Capabilities On Display at Atlassian Summit

Integration Capabilities On Display at Atlassian Summit

Attending the Atlassian Summit Europe in Barcelona?

We can’t wait to meet you and show off some of our latest integration capabilities built just in time for the Atlassian Summit Europe in Barcelona, Spain May 2-5 . xMatters is now fully integrated across multiple Atlassian products including the full JIRA lineup as well as HipChat and StatusPage, making it even easier to collaborate across teams and resolve issues before they impact customers. Plus there are more integrations to come with Confluence, Trello and Bitbucket launching later this year.

xMatters extends the capabilities of your favorite Atlassian tools by connecting the people, data and systems needed to drive development and operations workflows forward. It integrates across all of your build, operations or monitoring tools so that when an event happens responders are notified on a device of their choice and can immediately take action to remediate the issue.

Responders will have the option to generate a JIRA issue, invite targeted teams to a HipChat collaboration room as well as post status updates directly to a public or private StatusPage. These actions also include the relevant data from your build, operations or monitoring tools so your resolution teams can quickly get up to speed and take action.

To see how your Atlassian tools can work together check out the video below which walks through a sample toolchain with Splunk, JIRA, HipChat and StatusPage.

Theatre Session: How Mature are enterprises in their DevOps journey?
We also hosted a 15-minute open theatre session Tuesday evening. Marty Jackson, our Director, Product Evangelist, discussed the findings from our recent DevOps Maturity survey co-hosted with Atlassian. He shared some of the lessons learned (both good and bad) from some enterprises’ transformation stories and the approaches that they used to succeed. He also covered their bridging of development, operations, and service management concerns as well as the cultural changes that were needed to make it all happen. Read the full report here.
