xMatters conducted an industry survey of 300 IT professionals and 300 consumers in April 2020. It unveiled a shift in digital service operations roles, digital services, and digital transformation projects.
Technology teams are working under a great deal of pressure. Almost all consumers say they are now using digital services, now more than ever. Many companies were already planning or beginning their digital transformations, and many are accelerating that work because of stay-at-home and social distancing mandates. - 88% of IT pros have experienced a rise in use of their digital services
