Chief Executive Officer & Chairman


Prior to founding xMatters, Troy served as the President and COO of two successful start-ups. Previously, he was a Strategic Management Consultant with AT&T Solutions and Andersen. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento.

Mark Westover

Chief Financial Officer


Mark brings over 20 years of experience in cloud and software technology to xMatters. Previously he was SVP of Corporate Development and Finance at LiveOps. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mathematics from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Randi Barshack

Chief Marketing Officer


Randi oversees all marketing activity for xMatters. Prior, she was VP, Marketing at Mashery and Co-founder and VP, Marketing at TeaLeaf Technology. Randi graduated from Dartmouth College and has a joint International MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Recanati School of Business.

Abbas Haider Ali

Chief Technology Officer


Abbas brings over 15 years in networking, cloud-based services, and multi-modal communications. He has helped create the vision for adopting intelligent communication strategies across business scenarios. He holds a BASc in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Tobias Dunn-Krahn

VP of Engineering


Tobias joined xMatters in 2005. Using his background in distributed computing, scalability, and optimization on the Java Platform, he has risen to VP of Engineering. Tobias graduated with honors from the University of Victoria with a B.A. in Combined Computer Science and Mathematics.

Doug Peete

VP of Product Management


Doug brings over 15 years in system architecture, product management, and engineering. He has worked for software firms specializing in ERP, ETL/EAI, and content management, and speaks frequently at industry conferences. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Jule Zacher

VP of Client Success


Jule joined xMatters in 2007 as a Senior Consultant, bringing her experience in managing large IT deployments, process, and client management skills. At xMatters she helps manage the largest client xMatters implementations. Jule graduated from Principia College and holds a B.A. in Computer Science.

Desi DosSantos

VP of Alliance Strategy


Desi is recognized as an industry pioneer in automation and communications solutions. Over a 30-year career, he has successfully implemented large-scale automation initiatives at Bank of America, ROLM Communications, Siemens Business Communications, and IBM San Jose.

Teon Rosandic

VP of Sales EMEA


Teon is responsible for all EMEA operations for xMatters. Before xMatters, he held various senior management and sales roles at Marimba Software (now BMC Software) and Gartner, and founded two successful startups. Teon attended the University of South Africa studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

David Wall

VP of Sales Asia Pacific


David relocated to his hometown of Sydney in 2013 after nearly five years in the U.S. running global channels and alliances for xMatters. Before that he was Director of Worldwide Channels and Alliances. He holds a degree in Marketing from TAFE NSW in Australia.

Roberto Ayala

VP of Sales Americas


Roberto joined xMatters in 2009 as the AVP of Western Sales and Latin America, where he consistently was a top-performing sales executive. Previously, Roberto was a Sales Director at Mercury Interactive. Roberto holds a B.A. from Boston College.

Mike Desai

VP of Corporate and Global Business Development


Mike is responsible for all Corporate & Global Business Development activities. Prior to xMatters, he was the VP of Global Business Development & Strategy at Ping Identity. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Boston University and holds a US patent for wireless hash sensing technology.
