The certification applies to all parts of xMatters Digital Services Availability Platform, as well as to its corporate IT, technical support and security and compliance teams. ISO 27001 certification tells xMatters customers and partners, whether they are working on-site or remotely, rapidly introducing or reinforcing existing digital services, the privacy and security of their data is assured.
