ABM Campaign Manager

About the Position

 

The Demand Generation team is looking for a hands-on team member to breathe new life into our account-focused efforts. As a crucial partner to the global Sales team you would own all integrated campaigns meant to generate measurable new pipeline within target accounts, while also identifying white space opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to identify the ideal channel mix and segmentation across target accounts
  • Creatively develop and measure account-based acquisition efforts
  • Architect and grow an ongoing ABM strategy, with a long-term lens focused on predictability and scale
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations and technology teams to develop best-in class ABM processes
  • Collaborate and prioritize efforts cross-functionally to align all efforts with Sales, Operations, and other areas of Marketing
  • Communicate concisely and effectively – you know how to gain buy in
  • Be highly motivated and apply that drive to the quality of your work

Preferred Professional Qualifications

  • You have successfully planned and executed account-based B2B campaigns that drove meaningful value for your organization
  • You are not afraid to dig in deep with Martech – Salesforce and Marketo for starters
  • You’re comfortable developing high level campaign assets for multiple target segments in the IT and Developer space
  • You understand how to test and scale at an account level, but can translate that to 1:1 marketing
  • Bonus points if you have experience at both fast growing start-ups and large enterprise businesses
