As new laws, guidelines and frameworks emerge we review an adapt to ensure we are ahead of the requirement including the following:

- EU Data Protection Directives
While each requirement and law has unique requirements we focus on the common themes to ensure we are exceeding the spirit of the requirement not just the letter of the law. Themes that appear consistent are including data access, choice to opt in or out, effective notice of information access and information security. We go to great lengths to ensure we are in compliance with the spirit as well as the letter of these laws.
Many of our customers are subject to country or industry related privacy laws that govern how they handle personal information. We work with our customers’ compliance and audit requirements to ensure we are in compliance with such laws by providing a privacy and security program that includes external certifications such as SAS70, comprehensive policies and thoughtful practices. This includes but is not limited to EU Safe Harbor, Network Solutions Safe Site Guarantee, SAS 70 and so on.
