If you haven’t received a renewal notice or talked to an authorized xMatters representative, please contact us at sales@xmatters.com. Our maintenance renewal representatives work with you to make sure that the new maintenance plan meets your current and future business needs, so your business will never experience a lapse in support.

Training
We provide a variety of relevance engine training opportunities in how to use xMatters relevance engines for users, developers, and administrators.
Administrator 4 day course
This course covers topics from installation to scripting and will enable students to adequately install, customize and maintain an xMatters relevance engine in their own environment. Students will learn to make efficient and effective use of the robust features of xMatters and to tailor our relevance engines to meet their own automation, communication and interaction needs. This course is a great way to exchange ideas with other users. Make sure to reserve your seat!
Planned relevance engine customer training course schedule
xMatters 5 day advanced course
Prerequisite: xMatters administrator course
This relevance engine course is offered to build upon knowledge gained in the base xMatters administrator course. The focus of this course is to educate students in more advanced topics around installation, configuration and customization and extension of an xMatters relevance engine. The training exercises focus on building a complete solution with the available xMatters toolkits, including custom integrations, web page development, web services, and data synchronization.
